On June 15, 2008 the Information Technology Services Division - Department of Natural Resources awarded a 1 year project to RKV to perform software development, quality assurance, testing, and implementation support for the Missouri Clean Water Information System application.

This is a continuation of an existing project. This project will be completed using IBM WebSphere, J2EE, and DB2, and will contain its own internet based security and user authentication utilizing Active Directory.
