RKV Attends Environmental Information Exchange Network – RKV attended the 2010 Environmental Information Exchange Network meeting, April 20 – 22, 2010 at the InterContinental Chicago Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. We welcomed the opportunity to visit with current clients, future clients and contacts we have made over the years.

At the conference, we enjoyed communicating our recent successes with the Missouri Clean Water Information System (MoCWIS) which is a web-based application that provides the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR) with the following functionality:
· Integration with Fee Tracking System
· Application, permit and facility search
· Facility data and contact information maintenance
· Permit application and journal maintenance
· Permit detail maintenance, including maintenance of narrative conditions, permitted features, limits and limit sets, and Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs)
· Permit history display
· Permit data archive maintenance
· Program and event report maintenance and display
· Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Activity tracking and maintenance
MoCWIS adeptly handles the newly required ICIS-NPDES data elements and it interfaces with the DNR’s Geographic Information System (GIS) for water body and stream segment location data. MoCWIS is built with the following technologies WebSphere, Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, SQL, EJB Session, and CMP Entity Beans.

RKV has additional domain experience in the following areas:
· Integrated Compliance Information System – National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (ICIS—NPDES)
· Compliance Assistance Reporting Program
· Water Quality Standards
· Emissions Inventory System
· Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund
· Fee Tracking System (FTS)
· Water Quality Exchange (WQX)
· Network Node
· DNR Allocations Process Analysis
